Americans Have Complained For Years That Obama Has Never Lead The Nation Like Other Presidents.
But why would he lead something he knows he will be fundamentally transforming? He sees this not as a Republic run by the people, but as his private domain to push wherever he wants it to go. Under Obama it's not about right or wrong. It's about this: Is it your country or his?

Doing The Right Thing By Transgender Kids Is Not Easy.

“The pushback in my own mind is my Hippocratic oath: ‘Do no harm.’ How can I know that I’m doing no harm in the absence of scientific data to support these interventions? I wish we had generations of outcomes research to fall back on, but right now we don’t. We ask these families questions that they can’t really know the answer to. No one can.” - Dr. Rob Garofalo of Lurie Children’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois - Source: BioEdge |

"Some studies say that 80% of children under with gender dysphoria abandon the idea by the time they enter puberty. However, it appears that children who identify as transgender in adolescence seldom change. Therefore, denying them the ability to transition is unethical, bioethicist Simona Giordano of the University of Manchester, UK, told Nature. 'Not treating adolescents is not being neutral,' she says. 'It means exposing children to a lot of harm.'
However controversial Giordano’s view is, even more controversial is how to treat younger children. The number in early childhood who identify as the opposite sex seems to be rising almost exponentially. The trend among doctors is to encourage them to live as if they were the opposite sex, an approach which is called “social transitioning”. Trans activists claim that any other approach is equivalent to the reviled 'gay-conversion therapy'.
What Nature’s article did not cover is the ethical complications of treating children with powerful drugs for a condition which is poorly understood. The research project involves give 14-year-olds puberty blockers when the current position of the Endocrine Society is to wait until they are 16.
'There are people within the transgender community who are pushing to do things even more quickly. And patients are requesting irreversible treatments at younger and younger ages,' says endocrinologist Courtney Finlayson. 'We’re walking this line in between. This is the forefront of medicine, and we can’t go too fast.'” - Michael Cook - Click Here To Read The Entire Article.

What Is The Movement For Transgender “Rights” Really About?
Article By Erik Rush, May 14, 2016, What Is The Movement For Transgender “Rights” Really About? - Constitution
"On Friday, May 13, 2016, President Barack Obama decreed that America’s K-12 public schools must accommodate the miniscule number of students who self-identify as 'transgender' by allowing them to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their sexual identification rather than that of their biological sex. This, as pointed out by Breitbart News, disenfranchises almost 55 million American children in 100,000 K-12 public schools with regard to their privacy and safety.
Bear in mind that we are not discussing those individuals once referenced as 'transsexuals,' those who are undergoing or have undergone gender reassignment surgical procedures due to genuine physical, mental, and emotional issues or anomalies. In the case of recent controversies relating to public rest room laws and the 'transgender students' referenced by the Obama administration, we are discussing people who have made a choice to identify as the opposite gender, or to simply represent (appear) as such.
In the case of adult 'transgenderites,' there has been a great deal of public concern apropos allowing these individuals access to public accommodations designated for the opposite sex, as this opens the door to abuses by a wide array of sexual deviants and criminal sex offenders.
These concerns hold no significance to those on the left of course, for whom societal dysfunction, chaos, crime, and confusion are a stock in trade. Their counterfeit concern for 'transgendered children' is not only illogical due to the miniscule number of these youth; it is simply a device by which dysfunction, chaos, crime, and confusion may be fomented, and by which accusations of bigotry amongst those who oppose advancement of the agenda may be opportunistically levied.
For the record: The individuals for whom the left and the Obama administration are currently advocating are not 'transgendered children.' They are children who are mentally and/or emotionally disturbed, quite probably as a direct consequence of the pernicious social changes brought on by liberal-socialists over the last several decades.
Even more offensive than Bath House Barry’s edict was the comparison made by his communist affirmative action attorney general Loretta Lynch this week, when she drew a legal and moral parallel between a North Carolina law (currently under attack by the administration and the full force of the left) which prohibits cross-dressers from using the public bathrooms of their fancy, and the past injustices of segregation in America.
'This is not the first time that we have seen discriminatory responses to historic moments of progress for our nation. We saw it in the Jim Crow laws that followed the Emancipation Proclamation; we saw it in the fierce and widespread resistance to Brown v. Board of Education…' Attorney General Loretta Lynch, May 9, 2016
I find it monumentally sickmaking that our war criminal sexual deviant saboteur usurper president can blithely utter such decrees, and that his attorney general can draw such erroneous and disgusting comparisons with impunity, yet Americans are unable to articulate what such vermin truly deserve without eliciting a visit from the Secret Service (at the very least).
As I have written before on numerous occasions, such audacious and unconstitutional actions, and inaction on the part of the administration’s supposed opponents (the Republican leadership) are precisely why so many voters have gravitated to Donald Trump, a presidential candidate who some perceive to be everything from feckless to potentially tyrannical. While Trump himself is a social liberal in many aspects, he has articulated opinions which would translate into policies inclined toward preserving individual liberties (Case in point: Trump has said that the question of transgendered individuals’ access to public facilities should be left to the states).
The recent push by the political left to legitimize the choices of a handful of deviants (adult 'transgenderites') and 'transgendered children,' in addition to holding little significance in the face of issues facing our nation that actually carry weight and depth, is nothing more than part of the international socialist agenda to disenfranchise those who hold traditional values (primarily Christians), and to create a society that is focused upon its basest aspects (i.e., sex, sensualism, personal aggrandizement, etc.) rather than positive, creative social development.'
Populations so focused are of course much easier to control than morally-grounded ones, and that is truly the name of this game."

Obama Unilaterally Rewrites Law, Imposes Transgender Policy On All The Nation’s Schools
("We are five days away from fundamentally transform the United States of America." - Barack Obama, 2008 campaign speech.)
Article by Ryan T. Anderson, May 13, 2016, Obama Unilaterally Rewrites Law, Imposes Transgender Policy on Nation’s Schools, DailySignal
"All across America, parents, teachers and local school districts have been having conversations about how best to accommodate the privacy and safety concerns of transgender students while also addressing the privacy and safety concerns of other students.
Solutions were found, such as the creation of new single-occupancy restrooms and changing facilities for transgender students while retaining girls’ and boys’ rooms for biological girls and boys.
But activists attacked these commonsense compromise policies as 'transphobic.' And now the Obama administration has said that a 1972 law settles all of these issues: Students are to be treated the same based on their 'gender identity,' regardless of their sex.
Obama’s departments of Justice and Education declared that 'both federal agencies treat a student’s gender identity as the student’s sex for purposes of enforcing Title IX.'
The Daily Signal is the multimedia news organization of The Heritage Foundation. We’ll respect your inbox and keep you informed.
Here are three problems with today’s announcement from the Obama administration.
1. The Obama Administration Is Unlawfully Rewriting Law
In 1972 when Congress passed Title IX of the Education Amendments, no one thought that 'sex' meant 'gender identity.' It didn’t mean it then, and it doesn’t mean it now. The Obama administration is unlawfully rewriting federal law. The term 'sex' is not ambiguous, and is not subject to executive branch agencies redefining to now mean “gender identity.” Education Secretary John B. King Jr. claims the following: 'This guidance further clarifies what we’ve said repeatedly—that gender identity is protected under Title IX.'
But, again, the law that Congress passed in 1972 does no such thing. Title IX was intended to protect women and girls from harassment and discrimination, to ensure that they received equal opportunities in education, and now the Obama administration is re-writing it to say schools must allow boys unfettered access to the girls locker rooms.
2. The Obama Administration Is Unnecessarily Meddling in State and Local Matters
Up until last year’s prime-time interview of Bruce Jenner (as he was then called), few Americans had ever had a conversation about transgender issues. I went on CNN and said it’s a conversation we need to have. But the Obama administration is trying to shut down these discussions before they’ve even taken place.
The Obama administration is attempting to force a one-size-fits-all policy on the entire nation rather than allow parents and teachers and local schools the time, space, and flexibility to find solutions that work best for everyone.
3. The Obama Administration Is Imposing Bad Policy on the Entire Nation
The directives from the Obama administration are bad policy. First, there is no legal definition of 'gender identity' or legal criteria for determining who is a 'transgender' person. The Obama administration states today that a 'school may not require transgender students to have a medical diagnosis, undergo any medical treatment, or produce a birth certificate or other identification document before treating them consistent with their gender identity.' The administration goes on to say, 'Gender identity refers to an individual’s internal sense of gender.'
In other words, sheer say-so makes it so.
Second, based on the sheer say-so of a student, the Obama administration is directing schools to allow 'students to participate in sex-segregated activities and access sex-segregated facilities consistent with their gender identity.' Yes, that means when it comes to sports teams, bathrooms, locker rooms, dorm rooms, and hotel rooms for field trips—these all must now be based on the self-declared gender identity of the students.
The Obama administration’s official policy is that boys who identify as girls should have unfettered access to girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and shower facilities. Anything less than full access to the bathroom and locker room of their choice is, the administration says, a transphobic denial of civil rights and equality. This extreme position is out of step with the majority of Americans, and utterly inconsiderate of the concerns of the nontransgendered community.
The Obama administration explicitly rejects compromises such as single-occupancy facilities, stating: 'A school may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so.' And when it comes to campus housing or hotels for off-campus trips, 'a school must allow transgender students to access housing consistent with their gender identity and may not require transgender students to stay in single-occupancy accommodations.'
When it comes to athletics, the Obama directives are confusingly vague, telling schools that they may not 'rely on overly broad generalizations or stereotypes about the differences between transgender students and other students of the same sex (i.e., the same gender identity) or others’ discomfort with transgender students.' So which team a transgender student athlete must be allowed to play on is unclear.
What’s to Be Done
Instead of the Obama administration’s rewriting law to impose a federal policy related to transgender issues on the entire nation, a better course would be to respect federalism, local decision-making, and parental authority in education.
For most Americans, concerns related to transgender students are a new reality. Rather than rush to impose a top-down solution on the entire country, the Obama administration should allow the American people to have these conversations, consider all the relevant concerns, and make policies that will best serve all Americans.
