So based on this judge's decision, you can now steal a gun from a store. But before the court has a chance to bring you up to the bench for a trial, you plead:
Wait, your honor, I put the gun back. No one was hurt.
Then in response the court tells the store owner:
It's reported your stolen property is sitting back on the shelf from where you said it was stolen. Therefore, we rule you no longer have a complaint.
I always wondered how a democracy, (forget a Republic), with a working judicial system and high court, could wind up cleansing five million of its citizens from the society as the Third Reich was able to do in Germany. Now there may be an answer . . . at least as to where it begins.
A charismatic elected leader takes over a government's culture, promoting socialism over a six-year period onto a free society through the tool of social justice. His message is aided by a fawning media already infiltrated by socialists from establishment political parties that left their founding principles behind. This allows the re-writing of news stories for well over a decade to fit a growing socialist agenda. This constant coloring of the news over time creates a large group of low-information voters who have been purposely indoctrinated to ensure they will "pull the correct lever" for candidates every two years.
At the same time radical educators infiltrated the classrooms of many ivy league universities, their tenure guaranteed by progressives who had populated hiring committees across the nation. Professors who are not radicalized, are therefore not recognized; case in point Mike Adams of the University of North Carolina of Wilmington.
These radical professors are not only allowed but actually encouraged to educate university students to believe a progressive ideology is the only ideology that needs be allowed in the society, creating new laws while aggressively redefining older ones.

An example can be seen by looking to Houston, Texas, where a lesbian mayor won a third term through voter apathy that included only 13 percent of the city's registered voters casting ballots in the election.
While the elites of the mainstream media outlets reported the mayor had received more than half of the votes, its managing editors had purposely failed to report her win represented only around 7.4% of Houston's registered voters. It's how the progressive ideology works in the media.
This is while in other elections in every state where marriage between a man and a woman was placed on the ballot, a majority of voters told their state representatives they wanted to keep marriage traditional. Then the fist of corrupt federal activist courts came down on the will of the people, saying their votes no longer counted and overruled virtually every one of those election decisions. The courts had goose-stepped in line with the country's Justice Department run by an Obama appointee, Eric Holder, who refused to enforce the Defense Of Marriage Act, (DOMA.)
Within two short years of this overruling of the people's vote by radical activist courts, gays have already created “Throuples” out of thin air, making marriage basically a joke as other lesbians had intended under the failed court's elitist nose.

So what kind of radicals are among those university educators mentioned above, the ones who have helped to create this corrosive environment that attacks the amazing history of our nation?
How about another case in point, but on the opposite side of the ledger, concerning Professor Peter Singer of Princeton, serving now for over 15 years in the university's "Human Ethics Department." During that time Singer has been allowed to shovel out his manure filled with diversity upon other colleges. And what is this other diversity?
Singer wants parents of imperfect babies to have the option to terminate their lives within 20 days of birth. He also promotes human sex with animals, having told a reporter years ago, "If your dog can tell you it wants to go out, it can tell you other things, too.”
Do Americans need to be reminded that so went German democracy 80 years ago, its Third Reich indoctrinating the society through the state's education system teaching that Jews were less than human and therefore needed to be removed from Germany's perfect society.
And so goes Sweden today, its progressive government recently ruling non-citizens can run for office, the Obama-supported state worshiping at the idol of multiculturalism. At the same time the Swedish leadership with their progressive media not unlike the one in the U.S., has also attacked free speech that does not follow "the party line," requalifying it as hate speech. Those discussions used to be at least tolerated in the Swedish "free" society. But now even that has evolved, as these things usually do, to needing to be dealt with.

And so goes Europe, too, multiculturalism allowing immigrates to re-educate the established society into believing its historic past has become offensive to others. Sound familiar in America when radicals attacked the museum being built for 9/11, far-left professors and activists wanting to include slavery and the native American Indians in the remembering the slaughter that occurred at the site of the Twin Towers on Manhattan's south side?
Even Obama's Green Czar, Van Jones, an avowed communist, was caught on video the day after 9/11 saying the bombings by Muslim terrorists were justified. You should also not be surprised that Van Jones "holds a joint appointment at Princeton University as a distinguished visiting fellow in both the Center for African American Studies and in the Program in Science, Technology and Environmental Policy at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs."

Watching what is happening in this country, the U.S. will soon join Germany, Sweden and Europe with progressives already silencing freedom of speech, labeling anyone that disagrees with the state as an Islamaphobe, homophobe, racist, or far-right potential terrorist such as abortion protestors and even returning vets.
More proof of this acceleration in attacks on free speech in America happened last weekend where the president of the PGA was forced to resign for using the word "girlie" in a social media post. As many know, "girlie" does not refer to gays or women. It refers to anyone who seems to stand for nothing or is not willing to put one's family jewels on the line for a belief.

You should know that an actual list attacking our free speech surfaced five years ago in 2009, right after Obama took office. The list had been accepted by Obama's Department Of Homeland Security (DHS.) Ironically the list had been created by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC.) The SPLC had taken it upon itself to search out what it defined as domestic terrorists, leaving radical Muslims off the list. Later, the SPLC would go on to attack the Tea Party as the "Taliban of American politics." It's Google hate maps on the Web showed SPLC supporters exactly where these offending organizations were located right down to the front door. One supporter took it to heart two years ago, trying to kill the executives of the Family Research Institute, (FRI), while working at their headquarters. If the guard hadn't had a gun, several in would have been killed. The Obama-supported SPLC's attitude? Not our problem.

It therefore should be no surprise that Muslim terrorist acts under Obama would be redefined as generic “workplace violence,” purposely denying the families of the dead and wounded a Purple Heart. Obama even threatened to veto any bill that Congress would pass to overturn his radical decision. And what did America's voting public do in response to Obama's threat? It of course went on watching network TV drama shows and Dancing With The Stars, so detached from what was going on around them they had no idea of the sacrifices that had been made or seemed to care.

Through this act Obama and his Democrat enablers in Washington and across the country would ensure America’s new import from Europe would take root; multiculturalism.
Plato warned 2,400 years ago that no successful democracy could ever survive. Now we know why, watching citizen become disengaged from the democratic process and allowing the hope and sacrifice of those before them to be literally flushed down the toilet.
When Obama and his Democrat enablers allowed ISIS to take the winnings of our treasures in Iraq and destroy all those proud purple fingers our troops helped to create, Iraqis having a larger vote than in a presidential election in this country, you know things are really shamefully bad in America.
And when Americans are caught not knowing about these government abuses to our treasures, then laughing about their lack of knowledge, it's not just bad, it's unforgivable, leaving little for the next generation of Americans to hold onto as worth protecting.
