"John Kerry told the Senate not to worry about the cost of an American war on Syria. The Saudis and Gulf Arabs, cash-fat on the $110-a-barrel oil they sell U.S. consumers, will pick up the tab for the Tomahawk missiles.

Has it come to this – U.S. soldiers, sailors, Marines and airmen as the mercenaries of sheikhs, sultans and emirs, Hessians of the New World Order, hired out to do the big-time killing for Saudi and Sunni royals?

Yesterday, too, came a stunning report in the Washington Post. The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations has joined the Israeli lobby AIPAC in an all-out public campaign for a U.S. war on Syria. Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and Abe Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League have invoked the Holocaust, with Hier charging the U.S. and Britain failed to rescue the Jews in 1942.

Yet, if memory serves, in ’42 the Brits were battling Rommel in the desert and the Americans were still collecting their dead at Pearl Harbor and dying on Bataan and Corregidor.

The Republican Jewish Coalition, too, bankrolled by Sheldon Adelson, the Macau casino mogul whose solicitude for the suffering children of Syria is the stuff of legend, is also backing Obama’s war.

Adelson, who shelled out $70 million to bring down Barack, wants his pay-off – war on Syria. And he is getting it. Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor have saluted and enlisted. Sheldon, fattest of all fat cats, is buying himself a war." . . . Read More

3. Public School Teacher Encouraged Students To Step On American Flag As Part Of Art Project

"A public high school in Kentucky became the center of controversy this week after a teacher at the school draped an American flag on the ground and encouraged students to step on it as part of an art project." - TheBlaze

"Students were reportedly encouraged to stand on the flag and write reflections about how they felt standing on it, reported Starnes. According to WLEX-TV, the flag was stepped on and said visitors “had to step on the flag in order to participate in the project.”

5. Report Says IRS Undermines SSA's Fight Against Illegal Aliens’ Felonious Use Of Social Security Numbers

"CNSNews reports that the Social Security Administration’s Inspector General said his agency’s efforts to stop illegal aliens from using fraudulent or stolen Social Security Numbers has been “hindered” by the Internal Revenue Service's failure to penalize employers who file W-2s on which the Social Security Number and name do not match SSA records." - NumbersUSA

"The SSA IG issued an audit report in August that examined “no-matches” on W-2 forms, which are commonly believed to represent instances in which employers report the income of illegal aliens. The report cited one senior IRS employment tax official as acknowledging that “unauthorized noncitizens accounted for a high percentage of inaccurate wage reporting.”

The IG examined the most recent data and searched for the 100 employers who had the largest number of no-matches and the 100 employers (minimum 100 employees) who filed the most no-matches as a percentage of their payrolls. The employers in both categories together filed 2,477,546 no-match W-2s between tax years 2007 and 2009. The employer with the worst record filed 117,792 no-matches and the one with the worst filing percentage had submitted 98 percent of its W-2s with no-matches." . . . Read More

The vote appears mostly symbolic since secession would require approval from the state Legislature and the U.S. Congress, but supporters say it would restore local control over decision making. They want other rural counties in Northern California and Southern Oregon to join them in the creation of a new state called the State of Jefferson.

7. Citizens Claim Pentagon Forced Them to Shut Down Charity for Deployed Soldiers

A Virginia woman has shut down a website for a charity operation meant to help American troops deployed in Afghanistan in response to what she describes as harassment and intimidation from U.S. military leadership. - Breitbart

"Breitbart News’s Liz Sheld reported in May on how Virginia woman RoxAnne Christley organized an effort to help provide hometown comforts for troops in Afghanistan. Christley heard that an Afghanistan hospital unit lacked clean bed sheets, with some supplies bloodstained or torn. Thus, she organized a charitable effort to send care packages including fresh, clean sheets to help the troops. Fox News broadcast a glowing story about her efforts, called Operation Bedsheet.

McClatchy news service reports that the “military bristle[d]” at this situation, and eventually a military officer contacted a civilian webmaster, demanding that she shut down the website for Operation Bedsheet immediately." . . . Read More

This is getting out of control. A teenage black mob gang rape occurred in Wilmington, Delaware on Thursday, leaving two white women battered and broken. Reports claim 12 black men raped two white women, aged 32 and 24. Where is the the outrage at such an atrocity? - FreedomOutpost

"The reports keep coming daily, and they are sickening. Another black mob gang rape, a murder, or a brutal beating. It's a twisted, vicious cycle. The two women who were brutalized by 12 black teenagers deserve an angry, public outcry.

9. Obama Is Embarrassed . . . Wait For It . . . By Obamacare

"Barack Obama assured us that, after his signature legislation Obamacare went into effect, we would surely like it. Now Obama has decided he doesn't want us to find out how it affects us until after the 2014 elections." - Townhall

"Obamacare is designed to force employers of 50 or more full-time employees to provide comprehensive health insurance that includes a mandate to pay for an abortion-inducing drug. The penalty for non-compliance is a tax of $2,000 per full time employee per year (beyond the first 30), and the Internal Revenue Service was supposed to start collecting the penalties on Jan. 1.

Obama apparently thinks he can conceal the mess he created, which even the Democrats who voted for it now call a 'train wreck,' by simply postponing the effective date of the employer mandate one year. But the Obamacare law, as upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, unambiguously states: 'EFFECTIVE DATE ... The amendments made by this section shall apply to months beginning after December 31, 2013.'

Obama has no authority to alter the timetable of the law's implementation. Maybe he should actually read the 2,700 pages of text in the Obamacare law and its 20,000 pages of regulations." . . . Read More
