1. Britain Goes Out Of Its Way To Embrace . . . Wait For It . . . Jihad Terror
"Wednesday morning I received an official letter from the British Home Office, notifying me that I would not be allowed to enter the country on the grounds that 'your presence here is not conducive to the public good.'” -FrontPage
"You may be wondering if it was I or Pamela Geller who penned that hate-filled misrepresentation of the beautiful Islamic doctrine of jihad. But in fact, it was neither one of us. It was Mohammed al-Arefe, a Saudi Muslim cleric who believes that shedding Infidel blood and smashing Infidel skulls is pleasing to his god.
Apparently believing that such violence is an Islamic imperative is just fine with the British Home Office as long as one does so approvingly: Mohammed al-Arefe was just last week admitted into Britain without any difficulty. If one believes that such violence is an Islamic imperative but opposes it, however, watch out: that is not conducive to the public good." . . . Read More
2. Fundamentally Changing America: China To Launch Unmanned Lunar Lander By Year-End
"China said Wednesday it will launch its first unmanned lunar lander by the end of this year, complete with a radio-controlled rover to transmit images and dig into the moon's surface to test samples." -AP
"The Chang'e 3 lander has officially moved from the design to the launch stage, the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense said in a statement.
The Chang'e 3 and another lander will remain on the moon's surface, although China plans to follow those with landers that will return to Earth with samples.

3. ‘Gay’ Lawmaker to Christians: ‘We’ll Take Your Children’
"Last week, Christie signed A3371, a draconian piece of legislation that bars licensed therapists from helping children overcome unwanted same-sex attractions, behavior, or identity." -PoliticalOutcast
"This law bans help for minors even when – as is so often the case – those same-sex attractions arise from childhood sexual abuse by the likes of a Jerry Sandusky.
"This law will prohibit minors and their parents from receiving counseling they desire and will force counselors to violate ethical codes because they will not be able to help clients reach their own counseling goals. This law would enslave children – whether abused or not – to a subjectively determined sexual identity that they reject.
The connection between homosexual abuse and identity' is undeniable. Consider this: Researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have found that homosexual men are 'at least three times more likely to report CSA (Childhood Sexual Abuse)' than heterosexual men." . . . 5. Pentagon Labels Founding Fathers Along With Conservatives As Extremists
"George Washington would not be welcome in the modern U.S. military. Neither would Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin, according to Department of Defense training documents that depict the Founding Fathers as extremists and conservative organizations as 'hate groups.'” - FOXNews
"The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute training guide was obtained by Judicial Watch under a Freedom of Information Act Request. It was acquired from the Air Force but originated from the Pentagon.
'This document deserves a careful examination by military leadership,' Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told Fox News. 'Congress needs to conduct better oversight and figure out what the heck is going on in our military.' Included in the 133-pages of lesson plans is a student guide entitled 'Extremism.'
The DOD warns students to be aware 'that many extremists will talk of individual liberties, states’ rights and how to make the world a better place.'
Under a section titled 'Extremist Ideologies,' the document states, “'n U.S. history, there are many examples of extremist ideologies and movements. The colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule and the Confederate states who sought to secede from the Northern states are just two examples.'” . . . Read More

6. Samantha Power, Like Susan Rice, Obama's Absentee UN Ambassador
"Former UN Ambassador (now National Security Advisor) Susan Rice was notorious for missing key debates and votes." -Breitbart
"Now her successor, Samantha Power, is following the same path, missing an urgent UN Security Council meeting on Syria because of a 'personal trip' to Ireland that she refused to change. It is a blow to Power's already-damaged record on genocide, and reflects Obama's general indifference to governing.
Rice's absenteeism was dismal, as she watched the clock at Turtle Bay in anticipation of being rewarded with the top job at Foggy Bottom (until her role in the Benghazi debacle derailed that ambition):" . . . Read More

7. DOJ Sues To Keep Louisiana Kids In Failing Schools
To understand the failure of public education in this country, one must first understand that the entire system is designed for the benefit of the adults who work in it. -Breitbart
"Union dues from people working in the system are funneled into lobbying and campaign contributions to the very legislators setting the rules of the system. As a result, the entire political system is biased against reform of public education. Sometimes, however, the need for reform is so manifest that even these local obstacles can be overcome.
Under the Obama Administration, however, opponents of reform have the ultimate 'trump card.' The Feds. Late this week, the Department of Justice filed a federal suit against Louisiana's school choice law. Eric Holder's office argues that allowing kids in failing public schools to attend better-performing private schools would work against its 'goal' of achieving the proper racial balance in schools. Your education may suck, in other words, but at least you are in a school with the 'right' racial balance." - Read More

10. MIT Professor: Global Warming Treated More Like A [Corrupt] ‘Religion’ Than A Science
"Throughout history, governments have twisted science to suit a political agenda. Global warming is no different, according to Dr. Richard Lindzen of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology." -DailyCaller
“Global climate alarmism has been costly to society, and it has the potential to be vastly more costly. It has also been damaging to science, as scientists adjust both data and even theory to accommodate politically correct positions,” writes Lindzen in the fall 2013 issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. According to Lindzen, scientists make essentially 'meaningless' claims about certain phenomenon.
Activists for certain causes take up claims made by scientists and politicians respond to the alarmism spread by activists by doling out more research funding. — creating an 'Iron Triangle' of poor incentives. "'How can one escape from the Iron Triangle when it produces flawed science that is immensely influential and is forcing catastrophic public policy?” Lindzen asks.
Lindzen compares global warming to past politicized scientific movements: the eugenics movement in the early 20th Century and Lysenkoism in the Soviet Union under Stalin. However, the MIT professor argues that global warming goes even beyond what these past movements in terms of twisting science." . . .Read More
