Family Research Council Shooter: I Got the Idea From Lib Group’s ‘Hate Map’

"The Family Research Council shooter, Floyd Lee Corkins II, on Wednesday pleaded guilty to charges that include assault with intent to kill and committing an act of terrorism. Shockingly enough, Corkins told FBI agents that he chose FRC as a target based on the liberal Southern Poverty Law Center’s 'hate map.'" - The Blaze

“'He told the FBI that he wanted to kill anti-gay targets and went to the law center’s website for ideas [emphasis added],' the report adds. Corkins also told FBI agents that it was his intention to 'kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches in victims’ faces, and kill the guard.'

At about 10:45 a.m. ET on the morning of the the shooting, Corkins entered the FRC lobby but was confronted by a security guard who asked him where he was going, the Washington Post reported. Corkins then took out a gun and opened fire on the guard before being wrestled to the ground and disarmed. He was later taken into FBI custody." . . . Read More

 

Map On Southern Poverty Law Center's Web Site That Assisted The Attempted Murderer

Notiice the laughable oxymoron from a hate Web site that says at its top, "Fighting Hate." They didn't finish the title, that should read, "Fighting Hate With Hate."

Southern Poverty Law Center Winds Up As Source For Its Designated Hate Groups On FBI Web Site

After Obama took office, the Southern Poverty Law Center's URL was suddenly found on a FBI Web page, automatically giving the SPLC the assumption of an unbiased source for hate groups and potential domestic terrorists. I know that because I saw the page for myself several years ago, what I saw documented below. Many of these groups listed by the SPLC have opposed abortions, especially late term, along with same-sex marriage taking over millenniums of marriage being defined as between a man and a woman.

But the FBI was only the beginning, Obama's HSD, Homeland Security Department, also accepted the Southern Poverty Law Center's hate list with its suggestions, reported to have passed it on to sheriff offices across the country. Stunningly the addition of returning vets was reported to be part of the SPLC list. When conservative news outlets discovered what the HSD was doing, allowing a private progressive group to decide "at will" who or what could be identified as a potential terrorist or group, the HSD pulled the list back.

This had happened while Obama was to allow the murders of 13 soldiers at Ft. Hood to be called "Workplace Violence," their being shot on base unarmed, one surviving victim reported to have said about the shooter's action, "Reloading, firing again, reloading firing again" while screaming allahu akbar . . ."

To call the relationship between the SPLC and Obama's DHS and the FBI a coincident would be to call candidate Obama putting his hands over his crotch during the playing of the national anthem, identified by the military as his crotch salute, a coincident.

Addendum:

As you read the hate language in the above articles that were written by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), you can see how easy any follower or followers, if needed, could bring violent retribution against any group listed by the SPLC as an enemy to its progressive causes.

Again, it only took one follower of the SPLC to almost take out the leadership of the Family Research Institute (FRI), his admitting after being convicted that once he was done with the FRI he was headed for other designated groups as defined by the SPLC's Web site.

So what does the SPLC do? In its arrogance, typical of progressives in America today, it keeps the Family Research Insitute on its map site, where the attempted murderer had found it and others like him could attack the FRC in the future, maybe this time successfully. On top of that when looking at the SPLC's map page, Christian organizations are purposely mixed in with KKK groups across the country.

Knowing Obama today, having finished his first term, no one can be surprised this far-left radical has allowed the SPLC to have had a voice in the FBI and the HSD, and maybe still does as of this writing. The facts are in and Obama is who he was when he gave the nation his crotch salute, most Democrats in Congress not only enabling Obama's middle finger but saluting it.

It doesn't get more dangerous than this for a Republic when a leader is looking for more power to take out enemies that prevent the reaching of personal politically correct goals that will fundamentally change the society; a leader that had the Weather Underground as friends in Chicago, (one helping to write the leader's socialist healthcare bill), was a follower of Saul Alinsky's Power Tactics, had passed out millions of dollars as president of the CAC, (with the objective to teach socialism to public school students), was helped by a communist group to win a position as senator in a midwestern state, and in the early years mentored by the communist, Frank Marshall Davis.

Hence we return to the proud showing of a "crotch salute" (allow video time to download) by this leader in front of cameras while running for president of the United States in June of 2007. Finally, we all can understand the action was deliberate, testing the waters and the tolerance of a new generation of Americans that were losing their pride of country while seeking more entitlements from it.

For conservatives it's a horror story in preserving a Republic and the Constitution that guards it for the continued freedom of individual citizens. For progressives, it's a celebration of lies, their hoping to establish socialism for a new collective society with the gradual suppression of individual rights, the antithesis of their ultimate goal.

The SPLC is very troubling, progressives creating shades of a former Strong Arm (SA) from another time in another country eight decades ago. It is a reminder how easy it can be for history to repeat itself when societies allow their established family values to be corrupted, redefined, and then crushed.

The warnings of surviving Jews from a democracy turned fascist is haunting, as we listen daily to our own corrupt news feeds, stories spoonfed to the open mouths of too many waiting journalists who fawn over the government's new progressive leader.

Their message was simple: We couldn't believe how fast it happened.

 

How did this radical hate group get approval by the IRS, unless our federal system is as corrupt as the one south of the U.S. border.
