The CNCS: Friend or Future Foe?

Obama's dream for a Civilian National Security Force, which he spoke about when candidate for president in the 2008 elections, could now be realized across America with the established structure of the volunteer group, Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS.) The CNCS influence has been quietly growing with the liberal progressive mainstream media seeming to chose to ignore reporting on its potential to serve a president's socialist interests in a second term.

The original CNCS organization was started by Edward Kennedy, later approved by Congress, a program that is now in place and available for Obama to use as he and his party look for innovative ways to get around the Constitution of the United States to push socialist programs upon the citizens of the country. Obama, along with too many socialists running the Democrat Party in Washington, D.C., seem to be annoyed these days by the Constitution's checks and balances that interferes with their trying to complete the party's socialist agenda for the nation's estimated 320-million citizens.

I had warned about what Obama said when he was that candidate in 2008, my commenting that when Obama says he wants to do something, you can count on him doing it when given the opportunity. And in 2013, he now has it.

His objective was to establish a Civilian National Security Force that would operate from coast to coast, border to border, 24/7. Obama also went on to acknowledge before the election that he wanted his civilian force to be funded with no less dollars than the U.S. military was receiving to protect the nation.

Listen to Obama's own words by clicking on the photo below. Obama always means what he says. Therefore, no one could ever say they didn't know what this president, who was reported to be mentored by the Communist Frank Marshall Davis, was going to be up to.

But the modern world had seen these things before. 78 years ago civilians were trained by a German government to go out into the population to help establish a new agenda for the country based on what the Third Reich had called an election mandate.

One might say, comparing this to Obama's Civilian National Security Force, is ridiculous. But after you go through my nine-section module I researched and built in 2011 titled, Fascism Comes To America, the reality of this happening in some fashion while Obama runs the government with radical czars, (so named by him knowing its connection to Communism), it is not only possible but tempting, and therefore likely.

A sage reminds those who love their Republic to never forget that while power corrupts, absolute power always corrupts, absolutely.

Agendas today to indoctrinate populations with government-created political correctness have turned into extremely sophisticated art forms in a digital age of, (may I coin a phrase), "image push" . . . more dangerous now because no one sees the weapons or the uniforms of an enemy to tie radical change to, as was available in German government beginning with the election of 1932.

Instead, too many Americans see safe symbolic images with spin-fed headlines as a friendly force said to protect the nation, that social justice was a mandate by the people's demands from the election, the "people's demands" a politician's code word from Karl Marx's human ant farm for a Communist "collective."

So with this in mind, you might want to read the copy below from the CNCS's Web site. As you read the words written by CNCS, you will discover, as I did, that much of the copy and terms provided have holes you could drive a truck through when considering individual freedom.

The CNCS 2011 - 2015 Strategic Plan:

"CNCS’ five-year Strategic Plan (PDF) leverages the strength of grantees, participants, programs, state service commissions and the American public to build a network of programs that offer effective solutions in the six priority areas: Disaster Services, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environmental Stewardship, Healthy Futures, and Veterans and Military Families. We will produce these results by investing in effective local initiatives, engaging more Americans in service, supporting evidence-based programs, and leveraging public-private partnerships.

The Strategic Plan provides a roadmap for using national service to address critical challenges facing our communities and our nation. It builds on the strong foundation of national service that has developed over the past four decades and the vision set forth in the bipartisan Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act of 2009. It is the result of a nine-month collaborative effort between CNCS and our network of state commissions, grantees, project sponsors, participants, staff, and the public through which more 1,900 individuals provided input on our strategic direction." . . . While all the above words shown in blue on the CNCS Web page may look and sound harmless, such as the above term, "critical challenges facing our communities," they may be written that way to create the illusion of progress, protecting a potential agenda of subjugation.

For instance, community service through the CNCS could be tied to global warming agendas by radicals who have bought into the questionable and sometimes fascist science that man is the only problem with the weather and not a natural cycling of the globe's atmosphere, we well as the sun's, believed by non-progressives. In fact those that followed "their" science early on had become so intimidating to others in the field that any professor who didn't follow the progressive code words could easily be denied important grants to try to prove otherwise. If you remember, it was these same progressives that wanted to coat the earth's poles with soot circa 1973 to stop what they thought was global cooling.

So competitive thoughts were effectively silenced and trampled on by the political correctness of the progressive left generated by their hype of global warming. Under cover they had been working with the United Nations to tax wealthy countries to redistribute their wealth around the world under the banner it would pay for the effects of global warming these countries had been accused of creating. It was a liberal win-win until their corrupted climate figures and charts began to surface.

As you can read in a description from a publication recommended by the CNCS, High Education In A Warming World, government could easily select students from these programs who would then enthusiastically meet a progressive administration's environmental objectives dished out by government appointments who will follow the talking points to the letter, enforcing them upon agencies across the country.

These students, after being trained in double-speak protocol, could then be sent into towns and cities to instruct, (motivate and secure), local citizens about how much water or electricity they may be allowed to use without fines, or if their lifestyles would generate such natural events as dust. It could also involve someone's land slope where water runoff would bring to bear a hostile EPA. The offending property could then be deemed uninhabitable under the CNCS's watch words of meeting so-called" challenges facing the community."

Did you by chance notice in the above copy from the CNCS, as was with every page I read from the Web site, that there is zero reference, (as should be on every page that has goals and/or implementation), about protecting the constitutional rights of people CNCS managers. leaders, and employees encounter? It's as if the U.S. Constitution doesn't even exist when the CNCS is doing its "good works" providing advise to all those tens and millions of "needy" Americans. And maybe to these progressives, it doesn't, and why it's missing.

These are the kinds of questions citizens in a healthy Republic should always be asking and always be on guard to demand when they're missing. These rights should never, ever be assumed!

To illustrate how volunteer groups can fall right into the hands of an abusive government even when protected by a democracy, the following copy on the white background was taken from Section 3 of my research for a warning module I finished in November 2011 titled "Fascism Comes to America."

The module shows comparisons of Hitler's rise to absolute power to today's western politically correct environment in America, my always remembering the surviving Jews who warned future generations that history usually repeats itself. They said, We couldn't believe how fast it all happened. We thought, surely, no government would do that to its people?

But it did, and it did it well, as if a well-oiled machine.

How Hitler Came to Rule Germany: 1919 - 1938 It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society - J. Hitler, once getting out of jail, would later use the organization for his Third Reich. The clockwise swastika, (counter clockwise used for mystical symbols), was already being used in Germany to portray nationalism in the late 19th century, the symbol formerly representing positive Aryan / Indian origins later found on the German Gymnasts' League and the Wandervogel, an early German youth movement dedicated to the theme back to nature. The organization's goal was to rediscover nature, taking long hikes and sleeping outside while singing German folk songs around campfires. They also developed a greeting custom, saying "Heil" meaning Hail to you. It's objective of older boys leading younger boys was also adopted by the German Catholic Youth Organization, the Boy Scouts, along with religious and sporting groups. In 1920 Hitler adopted the iconography of the swastika for his new Nazi Party. About.com reports what Hitler wrote about the new flag: "In red we see the social idea of the movement, in white the nationalistic idea, in the swastika the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anti-Semitic." The History Place reports, "among the rules: no membership fees and an emphasis on 'love of one's country and people; enjoyment of honest open combat and of healthy physical activity; the veneration of ethical and spiritual values; and the rejection of those values originating from Jewry.'" The History Place goes on to report that every other Sunday the National Socialist Youth League would have discussions along with mandatory hikes. The first uniforms were the same as Hitler's strong arm of the SA (Sturmabteilung) who wore brown shirts, or known as Hitler's early Storm Troopers and his private army. This caused resentment among the younger SA members, who were now sometimes confused with Hitler's new National Socialist Youth League. And more: Hitler told Kirdorf that some of his questioned policies of the Nazi Party were there only to gain support of the country's working class and would be later cast aside once it gained power, such as the Nazi Party calling for the redistribution of wealth in Germany. The completed pamphlet was titled, The Road to Resurgence, and published the summer of 1927. Hitler assured the business leaders the pamphlet was intended for that. In the end the Nazi Party was a supporter of private enterprise and opposed to any real change to the country's social structure. But Hitler was rewarded for his tenacity. The 1929 Wall Street Crash would cause the U.S. to recall loans from Europe. That recall would quickly destroy jobs for the German middle class, four million out of work within one year. Germany's economy had relied on investment from the United States, causing Germany to suffer even more job losses than other European countries while businesses had to also cut wages. Hitler, who had been seen as a fool in the 1928 election for predicting economic disaster, was now seen to many to be clever enough to solve it. So it was no surprise to see the NSDAP increase its representatives in the German Parliament from 14 to 107 in the 1930 general election. Overnight it became second in popularity, taking majority rule from the largest party in the Reichstag, the German Social Democratic Party. The NSDAP then argued that only Hitler's new popularity could provide for a stronger government. Hitler and others gave numerous speeches to gain the public's support for Hitler's leadership in the German Reichstag Hitler would play the game, changing his speech to fit the groups who were listening. For instance, in rural areas Hitler promised tax cuts for farmers while protecting food prices. However in working class areas Hitler proposed a redistribution of wealth and attacked the high profits made by German businessmen. But then when he spoke to the German Industrialists, Hitler promised to destroy Communism and to again reduce the power of the unions. His political dance was amazing. As we now know, if one didn't cooperate under Germany's Third Reich their name would be reported to the government. The objective wasn't much different when Obama was running for office, young students obeying their directives seen going from door to door asking people if they would vote for Obama. Some even reported that responses for other pro-Obama groups were writing down addresses, house by house.

Add this disturbing enthusiasm for a mesmerizing figure to a digital age of flash mobs, Google Earth, and instant communication using smart phones where any formatted document can easily be read or printed, or even a photo of a home's exterior delivered instantly for visual recognition by a group, an Obama second term can no longer be simplified, reduced by conservatives to a period in history that moves America to the next presidential election of 2016 . . . when the RINO party may finally get it?

In this on-demand environment, remembering the changes from 1932 to 1936 in a non on-demand environment, history shows us what is minimally possible in just four short years when a government is allowed to run wild against its people and their democracy, claiming a one day mandate by the voters justfies their actions.

Update: January 2013   Today, January 12th, 2012, it was revealed by "Now The End Begins" that Obama had launched an effort to fill a FEMA YOUTH CORPS DIVISION claimed for disaster relief four months ago. Do you remember an organization called AmeriCorps during Obama's 2008 election? It's been active since Obama was elected in 2008. The FEMA Youth Corps is just a very tiny tip of Obama's desire for a nationwide Civilian National Security Force. As candidate for president, he said he wanted the effort to have funding equal to the U.S. Military. The article from "Now The End Begins" reads: "Established as a new unit within the existing AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), FEMA Corps engages young adults ages 18 to 24 to provide ten months of full-time service on disaster response and recovery projects. Members will be deployed to assignments ranging from working directly with disaster survivors to supporting disaster recovery centers to sharing disaster response and mitigation information with the public." It goes on to report: "At today’s induction ceremony, members of the inaugural FEMA Corps class took the AmeriCorps pledge to “get things done for America” and heard from agency leaders about the important work that lies ahead. FEMA Deputy Administrator Richard Serino and CNCS CEO Wendy Spencer were on hand to welcome the members and thank them for their commitment to service." "FEMA Corps members will be based out of five AmeriCorps NCCC campuses across the country: Sacramento, Calif.; Denver, Colo.; Vinton, Iowa; Perry Point, Md.; and, Vicksburg, Miss. The program will engage 1,600 members annually when fully operational next year." . . . Read More This Announcement came from FEMA in a press release in September of 2012, conservative Internet media finally picking up on it. FEMA reported then, "After completing 1,700 hour of service, FEMA Corps members will receive a $5,550 Segal AmeriCorps Education Award to pay for tuition or pay student loans." On the site, FEMA acknowledges Obama's objective when running in 2008 for a Civilian National Security Force.
