Navy Board's Finally Review
| Navy board ignored two requests for review sent from the VA's patient advocate's office over a two year period. Soon after a request to a U.S. Congressman to investigate whey they files were never acknowledged, acknowledement was sent five months later. Matthew's request to appear in front of the board was ignored. |
(Navy's board of review was not unlike the congressional review with no recognition of beatings or eye witness account of such. It denies Matthew of having the less than honorable rating removed, guaranteeing for life his having loss of any medical benefits from VA or being able to carry a Veteran ID, although he graduated from Parris Island, served in Afghanistan, and was in the military for two years.)
