1. IRS: Cheapest Obamacare Plan Will Be $20,000 Per Family Of Five At $120,000 Annual Income

"In a final regulation issued Wednesday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) assumed that under Obamacare the cheapest health insurance plan available in 2016 for a family will cost $20,000 for the year." - CBN News

"To help illustrate these rules, the IRS presented examples of different situations families might find themselves in. In the examples, the IRS assumes that families of five who are uninsured would need to pay an average of $20,000 per year to purchase a Bronze plan in 2016.

Using the conditions laid out in the regulations, the IRS calculates that a family earning $120,000 per year that did not buy insurance would need to pay a 'penalty' (a word the IRS still uses despite the Supreme Court ruling that it is in fact a "tax") of $2,400 in 2016." . . . Read More

2. Alarmists Change The Data To Support Global Warming Claims

"Climate alarmists have systematically fudged the historical record by changing past temperature data to make it look as though the earth is warming." - Powerline

"I ran a post yesterday, showing how the latest version of GISSTEMP had changed from using Hadley/Reynolds to ERSST for ocean temperatures, with the result that about 0.03C had been added to recent warming.

However, this is not the only change they have made to the historical temperature record in recent years. Climate4You, fortunately, archived the GISS data in May 2008. Comparing this dataset with today’s version, we can see that about 0.10C of warming, or more, has been added to temperatures in the last decade, compared to data up to about 1950." . . .

3. Garbage In, Garbage Out: No Surprise!

Illinois has its credit rating downgraded to worst in the nation.

(Note: Duh. Illinois is where in the 1990's Barack Obama, as an attorney, trained ACORN to harass bank CEO's to give out bad mortgages, distributed millions of dollars for the CAC to push Socialist issues onto Chicago's school children with programs written by former Weather Underground member, Bill Ayers, and pushed for union benefits for government workers taxpayers couldn't afford. - Webmaster)

"A warning came Saturday morning from state treasurer Dan Rutherford (R) IL State Treasurer. The Standard and Poor’s downgrade from A to A-minus puts Illinois last on the list– and means a higher cost to borrow money.

On Wednesday, the state will issue $500 million in new bonds to pay for roads and other transportation projects. Rutherford says the credit downgrade will cost taxpayers an additional $95 million in interest. When compared to a perfect triple-a bond rating enjoyed by other 11 states including neighboring Indiana, Iowa and Missouri.

'Our problem in Illinois is that we have not substantively and fairly addressed the state public pension issue.'" - Read More

4. Rupert Murdoch Sorry Over 'Grotesque' Sunday Times Israeli Cartoon

"Rupert Murdoch tonight issued a public apology over a 'grotesque' Sunday Times cartoon after the newspaper was accused of anti-semitism." - The Telegraph

Their anger was heightened over the cartoon being published on a day meant to commemorate the communities destroyed by the Nazis and their allies in the mid-20th century.

"Amid a storm of global condemnation, the 81 year-old media mogul offered the 'major apology,' for what he described as an “offensive cartoon” published in one of his major newspapers.

His apology on Twitter came despite the Sunday newspaper launching a staunch defense of the work by leading political cartoonist Gerald Scarfe, 76.

The cartoon, which depicted Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, (see image on the left), building a wall using what appeared to be the blood of Palestinians as cement, was published at the weekend, in the first full edition presided over by Martin Ivens, the new acting editor." - Read More

5. Comprehensive Amnesty Threat

"Obama rejects more enforcement as condition for green-card giveaway." - NumbersUSA

"Speaking in Las Vegas today, President Barack Obama laid out an immigration reform plan that would make illegal aliens eligible for provisional legal status and green cards without the additional enforcement triggers proposed by the Gang of Eight Senators. The president said his Administration has already patched up “some of the worst cracks in the system,” so now is the time for “common-sense, comprehensive immigration reform.” But The Washington Times reports illegal immigration is increasing again despite Administration efforts. The triggers the president opposes are a critical element of the deal struck among the Gang of Eight Senators." - Read More

6. Wisconsin Sheriff, Who Encouraged Residents To Arm Themselves, Takes On Anti-Gun Piers Morgan

Milwaukee sheriff David Clarke, Jr. made headlines earlier this week by urging residents to become responsible gun owners

"[CNN's] Morgan accused Clarke of using a 'Hollywood voice' and dramatizing the serious debate surrounding gun control, to which Clarke replied, “this is my voice.” The sheriff explained that his department has limited resources and it is unrealistic to expect police to be able to respond in time to each and every emergency.

Morgan then attempted to discredit firearms as an effective means of self-protection, asking how many people actually defended themselves or their families by firing a gun in Milwaukee. Clarke said he did not have a figure off the top of his head.

'You haven’t got a clue, have you?' Morgan said in a condescending tone." . . .

8. Encouragement In A Time Of Grave Fear

A message from country singer Charlie Daniels

"I fear the rampant apathy and lackadaisical work ethic of the entitlement society will become so deeply ingrained in the coming generations that the nanny state policies of this president and others like him who are likely to be elected will gradually drain the wealth and the will of the population until the well is bone dry and the confusion and anger of those who are suddenly left to fend for themselves will overrun the streets of this nation resulting in chaos and bloodshed.

I fear that this nation and this planet are in the midst of a great apostasy, or falling away from belief and faith in God as cults, false prophets and faddish feel-good religions pop up and capture the attention of many." . . .

9. After Arab Spring No-Show, Jihadists Make A Comeback

Jihadists’ return in a region rocked by the Arab Spring

"Jean-Pierre Filiu, a professor at the Sciences-Po institute in Paris, said Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb existed before the Arab Spring as a 'gangster-jihadist' organization. It combined Muslim 'holy war' with criminal activities and was severely repressed by dictators in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt that were swept away in a wave of popular uprisings.

The new regimes have been struggling to come up with an alternative policy." . . . Read More

What will America look like under a second Obama presidency? If you don't have a clue, you better find one! Check alpha by state/city where this film is playing before November 6, 2012. Unofficial bio of Gerald R. Molen. A picture is worth a thousand words! This photo was not actually aT the White House, but, regardless of WHERE it was taken, the fact is that he cancelled the National Day of Prayer, said that we are no longer a Christian nation, and has no problem taking part in Muslim prayer. U.S. President Barack Obama bows to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio at MacDill Air Force Base on January 28, 2010, in Tampa, Florida. Iorio had honored CAIR annually in Tampa with its own day in November 2008, acknowledging the large amout of Muslims living in the area. "Ayers, now a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, claims to abhor nostalgia ("Nothing is more boring than some old person going on and on about the way things used to be"). But he has been thinking lately about the past—both his and the country's—and soon he will likely be engaged in what he calls "a dialogue" about the sixties, the antiwar movement, and the radical life he led. The spur for this dialogue will be the publication of Fugitive Days (Beacon Press, $24), a memoir Ayers has written about the trajectory of his life, from a pampered son of the Chicago suburbs to a young pacifist to a founder of one of the most radical political organizations in U.S. history." Allow video to download and start in Window's Media player. “The North American jet that flew Obama and his traveling crew around for much of the primary season was refurbished with new seats and power for each passenger a must on the campaign trail. And the plane that once had an American flag on its tail now sports the Obama ‘O.’”
